Clinical Director
Tim Keating is the Clinical Director at Milestone Treatment Center. He is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) with over 12 years of experience in addiction and mental health therapy. He is dedicated to providing holistic, client-centered care, addressing a wide range of issues including addiction, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and mood disorders.
Tim is committed to inclusivity and cultural competence, creating a safe and supportive environment for all individuals. He utilizes evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques to develop personalized treatment plans. Tim has worked in various levels of care throughout New Jersey since 2012.

Christopher Welch, LCADC, LAC
Counselor
Chris Welch, LAC, LCADC, specializes in guiding individuals toward self-actualization. His approach integrates strength-based, evidence-based practices tailored to each person’s unique needs. Chris is passionate about helping clients develop self-efficacy, build emotional resilience, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. He provides a person-centered, nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts and emotions while working toward meaningful growth. Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, self-esteem issues, relationship concerns, and addiction.
Michael Martin, CAADC
Counselor
Michael is a gifted counselor, educator, and mentor with six years of experience treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders in diverse settings. He is a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) and a Master Level Clinician. Michael is a certified M-TREM trauma group therapy facilitator, enabling him to address trauma effectively. He is uniquely qualified as both a pastoral and clinical counselor to meet the psycho-social-spiritual needs of his clients, offering a holistic approach to recovery. He is a creative psychotherapist with a versatile style and a proven ability to employ various therapeutic techniques, including MAT, CBT, MI, 12-Step, and narrative therapy, ensuring personalized treatment plans for each individual.

Jay Bosse
Admissions Director
Jay Bosse brings his background in private finance and personal experience with addiction recovery to Milestone Treatment Center. His passion for helping others achieve long-term sobriety led him to become a board member of the non-profit Agape Project and an integral part of Next Journey Sober Living's admissions team. These experiences solidified his commitment to the recovery field. Jay is dedicated to showing his two children and others that there is a solution to addiction.

Director of Operations
Maria is the Director of Operations at Milestone Treatment Center, bringing a wealth of experience in addiction treatment and a deep commitment to client care. Her extensive background in customer service has equipped her to create a supportive and efficient environment for both clients and staff. Witnessing firsthand the profound impact of substance use on individuals and families fuels Maria's passion for helping others navigate the path to recovery.
In her role, Maria focuses on optimizing daily operations, enhancing the client experience, and supporting business development to ensure Milestone Treatment Center provides the highest level of service. She thrives on problem-solving, streamlining processes, and fostering a compassionate atmosphere where every client feels valued and supported.
