Phil Smyth, LPC, LCPC, LCADC, LCDC, CCS, CCTP-II, ICGC-II, CDBT is the Clinical Director of Merchantville, NJ Headquarters.
Phil Smyth is a behavioral health leader and addiction specialist with more than 10 years of experience in mental health and substance use treatment. He has worked with individuals facing addiction, co-occurring mental health conditions, and behavioral addictions, including gambling and internet use.
A Certified DBT Therapist (C-DBT), Phil uses evidence-based approaches such as DBT, CBT, REBT, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused CBT. His work is grounded in the belief that meaningful recovery requires treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

As a certified trauma therapist Carli knows the importance of practicing from a trauma informed lens. Carli’s experience allows her to individualize and tailor to each client. Carli believes in empowering clients by taking a strengths-based approach.
